LESTER AND HIS WIFE KATIE MOVED TO OJAI, just after the birth of their daughter Marley in 2014. After almost 15 years in Venice, CA it was time to lay their roots in the town that had come to mean so much to them for many years. Soon after their arrival, their son Max was born and their family began to thrive and grow in the Ojai Valley.
As the town has grown and changed over the years, it still holds true to its original charm and the strength of the Ojai community.
Together they are helping their clients attain the properties of their dreams in the very competitive market as well as provide construction and property management services. They have been involved in over $100-million in residential sales and have the experience and knowledge to help you with your real estate needs.
BEFORE REAL ESTATE, Lester was a 3-time All-American at Texas A&M and then a professional tennis player and one of the top 12 Americans in the world while competing for 7 years on the ATP tour. Tennis taught him the importance of hard work, dedication, focus, and sportsmanship. All of the attributes that he now brings to the world of real estate. He is the “winningest” competitor of The Ojai, the oldest competitive tournament in the Unites States.
Katie has always had a passion for working with animals and dedicated 15 years to working in the non-profit world to help abused, neglected, and discarded horses, dogs, and many others. Over the years she shifted her focus to providing a gentle final home for hospice cases, horses landing for their final days where they found respect, support, and the medical care they needed.
Before her rescue work, she successfully navigated the worlds of Sports Management and PR working with some of the top athletes and brands in Olympic and Actions Sports.

We are currently supporting Happy Heart Happy Home, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit who focuses their efforts on ex-working draft horses, who have spent their entire lives working under horrific conditions. They provide them with all the medical and supportive care needed to offer them a dignified end of life plan. Lauren Rosborough of Happy Heart Happy Home and Avery. Avery was rescued in March 2023 at approximately 20 years old. She worked her entire life as a plow horse in rural Pennsylvania and after suffering from extreme malnourishment and starvation, her joints and legs could no longer support the work she was expected to do. She was dumped at auction and luckily saved before entering the slaughter pipeline.
